Novie Snegiri
“Novie Snegiri” is a residential complex in Novosibirsk, appreciated for its clean environment, well-developed family infrastructure, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. The complex consists of 17-story buildings with a fitness and wellness center and a landscaped courtyard.

PROJECT GOALS
This new residential development required a comprehensive advertising campaign. We worked with the client from the foundation stage through to the full completion of the project.
The primary goal: Sell more than half of the apartments before the building was commissioned.
SOLUTION & KEY AREAS OF WORK
First, together with the client, we developed the brand’s concept, messaging, and visual identity. End-to-end analytics via Roistat was implemented from the start.
Then we moved on to execution.

The site included: special offer pages, floor plans, project details, Information about the unique PostPayment program

We optimized the website for search engines (Yandex & Google), achieving strong rankings:

Game Development

For the unique apartment purchasing program in “Novie Snegiri,” we created illustrated characters and built the mechanics and structure of an online quest game. Participants explored the program’s benefits through gameplay.
We also designed and launched outdoor advertising and worked with listing platforms like Avito and Yula.
