HR Exhibition for One of Russia’s Largest Banks

Promsvyazbank (PSB) is one of the top 10 largest banks in Russia. It serves as a key financial institution for the defense industry — implementing state defense orders and managing government contracts.

PROJECT GOALS
During the pandemic, the demand for IT specialists surged — and this case reflects that trend.
The task was to create an online conference for PSB to attract IT professionals and build the company’s image as a modern, forward-thinking, and progressive employer.
SOLUTION

We developed an online booth — a website featuring the event program, designed in a pixel art style.

We also created a Unity-based game where the main character is a talented programmer who must reach the PSB Tower to escape a virus devouring IT minds.
Participants had the chance to become part of the PSB team and enter a prize draw.
Landing page
Additionally, we built a landing page for the event with detailed information about the program.
We also assisted in selecting speakers based on the audience’s interests, identified through Customer Development interviews.

Сustom social media face filters

We developed three unique face filters as a bonus for participants. Each mask is designed to boost audience engagement.
For example, the “Game Over” filter is actually a mini-game, where the key to success is frequent blinking — especially useful for IT professionals who spend long hours in front of a screen.
Sticker packs
We created sticker packs for internal corporate use and as bonus giveaways for event participants.

The first sticker pack tells the story of a programmer and his cat, capturing the key struggles and challenges faced by the IT audience.
The second sticker pack features text-based stickers with the most popular phrases from the banking world — presented in a humorous format.
Targeted advertising on VK
An additional area of focus was attracting participants to a series of IT conferences, where PSB acted as a partner and showcased its own booth.


Over the course of the partnership, three conferences were held, with the landing page updated after each event to reflect the upcoming one.
