The Bonaparte project is a complex of business-class serviced apartments located in the very center of Novosibirsk. It’s designed for those who appreciate an active lifestyle, high-quality service, and attention to detail.

PROJECT GOALS
After the aparthotel was built and put into operation, the client had a new request: to sell approximately 800 sq.m. of commercial space—located on two floors of the building—within a very short timeframe.
SOLUTION

We created an informative presentation-style website that showcased the layout of the premises to potential investors in the format of a business model.
Users could see not only the advantages of the location and infrastructure but also a concrete business concept that could be implemented by purchasing the space.
In line with the client’s vision and the aparthotel’s concept, we selected specific business formats—namely a restaurant, fitness center, spa salon, and office—and created a dedicated page for each.
On these pages, visitors could explore how each business model would function in a real-world scenario.
After launching the website, we set up highly targeted contextual advertising campaigns.
