How to Build Systematic Marketing for Blockchain Infrastructure
When marketing is launched at a crypto startup, it most often looks like this: content, collaborations, listings, influencers, a bit of advertising.
Client website: Cellframe Network
When marketing is built inside an infrastructure L0 blockchain with a post-quantum architecture, it becomes a management task of a different level.
This is about working with Cellframe Network — a technologically complex deep-tech product oriented towards the long-term architecture of Web3.
And all of this in the conditions of a prolonged bear market.

Starting conditions
The product is an infrastructure Layer-0 blockchain focused on post-quantum cryptography, service architecture and engineering implementation in the C language.
The audience is developers, crypto enthusiasts and institutional players at the same time.
The market is in a stage of declining liquidity, falling interest in altcoins and growing skepticism.
Classic “hype marketing” does not work in such conditions.
A system is needed.
Strategy: moving from activity to architecture
The first stage was an audit of the current processes and communications.
Problems typical of a startup were identified:
- fragmented marketing initiatives,
- the absence of a single success metric,
- reactive decisions,
- a team overloaded with day-to-day operations.
The task was formulated clearly:
build a manageable marketing system with transparent KPIs and a long-term strategy.
The following were implemented:
- decomposition of goals by channel,
- regular reporting and metric tracking,
- quarterly planning,
- prioritization of strategic initiatives,
- separation of roles within the team.
Marketing stopped depending on market fluctuations and became a manageable process.
Trading volume analytics and identification of market patterns
A separate workstream was systematic analytics of trading data.
We regularly analyzed:
- volume dynamics on various exchanges,
- the correlation between token movements and other assets,
- anomalous spikes in activity,
- recurring market patterns.
We identified the dependence of certain periods of volatility on the behavior of other tokens and on market-wide manipulative scenarios.
This made it possible to:
- distinguish organic interest from artificial hype,
- adjust communications during periods of turbulence,
- avoid amplifying panic narratives,
- make decisions based on data rather than emotions.
Marketing worked in conjunction with analytics rather than in isolation from it.
Working with KOLs and scaling reach
We built systematic work with opinion leaders and niche influencers.
The process included:
- segmentation of the audience by region,
- analysis of follower quality,
- assessment of engagement,
- monitoring the results of integrations.
Over the year, advertising campaigns with a combined reach of more than 5 million people were carried out.
At the same time, the key effectiveness criteria were not only impressions, but also:
- the depth of engagement,
- the quality of discussions,
- repeat contact with the brand.
The goal is not a short-term spike, but a sustained presence in the information landscape.
Growing engagement in a falling market
Amid the declining overall interest in altcoins, we managed to:
- retain and gradually increase community engagement,
- stabilize the number of holders,
- improve the quality and frequency of expert mentions,
- strengthen search presence for industry-specific queries,
- ensure a regular output of educational content.
Instead of a race for short-term volatility, we chose a strategy of long-term positioning as an engineering and technology project.
Ambassador program
To expand the international presence, a structured ambassador program was developed and launched.
Within the program:
- selection criteria were formed,
- tasks and KPIs were defined,
- a training and reporting system was introduced,
- support and coordination were organized.
This made it possible to scale activity in various regions without a proportional increase in costs and to create a core of a loyal community.
International events and reputation positioning
As part of the brand-strengthening strategy, the preparation and holding of an international event was carried out:
The focus of the event was post-quantum security and the future of blockchain infrastructure.
The organization included:
- developing the concept,
- working with speakers,
- partner integrations,
- international communications.
The event strengthened the project’s positioning as a technology player working on a 5–10 year horizon rather than within the logic of short-term cycles.
Managing the team under conditions of uncertainty
The work was carried out in parallel with building internal processes:
- transparent setting of tasks,
- regular synchronization,
- control of information risks,
- protecting the team from chaotic decisions,
- maintaining motivation under conditions of market volatility.
The team functioned in a mode of systematic development rather than constant crisis response.
Outcome
Over the year of work:
- a manageable marketing system was built,
- campaigns with multi-million reach were carried out,
- analytics of trading patterns was established,
- key community metrics were stabilized,
- international positioning was strengthened,
- an ambassador network was launched,
- an international technology event was held.
In a falling market, marketing became not a cost item, but an element of the project’s strategic resilience.
Cellframe is an example of how a deep-tech product can build systematic marketing based on analytics, manageability and a long-term development architecture.
* At the moment, cooperation with the project is still in an active phase ❤️
