Evgenia
Request: “How to transform from a freelancer into a serious entrepreneur?”
Five full consultations were conducted with Evgenia, after which the client was much closer to her goal.
If we look at the spiral dynamics for business: Evgenia moved from the purple spiral, where there is only the owner, to the red spiral, where there is a clear leader understood by everyone and a team that follows them.
This result was achieved through in-depth discussions.
First, we built a client development chain and discussed how to work with clients effectively long-term.
Second, we talked about why it’s impossible to build a business solely on freelance platform orders — spoiler: it’s an unscalable story with low average check and high burnout risk.
Third, delegation — we studied how to work with and manage a team, how to properly set tasks (technical specifications).

The goal of career consultation was not only to help define a professional direction but also to understand that she is in the right place.
