How the Collaboration Was Built
We did not treat the collaboration as a series of one-off talks. Before each session we collected the participant’s requests, grouped them by subject and matched each group to a format: an individual consultation, team work, or a talk for a wider audience. Each meeting started from a concrete situation, not from general theory.
Expert appearances were prepared separately. For the meetups we selected themes that matched the level of the audience and supported them with cases from agency practice, leaving time for questions. Recurring questions were carried over into deeper consultations, where a topic could be worked through on the participant’s own materials.
- Collecting requests before the meeting and sorting them by topic
- Working through the participant’s own situation, not abstract examples
- Fixing decisions and next steps at the end of each session
What the Participants Take Away
The practical result: a founder or a team can test a decision before spending money on it — choose a promotion channel, set up a funnel, plan a budget, agree on who is responsible for what, or check whether current metrics reflect real progress.
For the ecosystem this adds practical content to its agenda, and for questions beyond our scope we name the limit openly and point the participant to the right specialist.
